At Elmyr, a product of NEUROTASK AI PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62099UP2024PTC195097), we value your satisfaction with our service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines for refund requests and subscription cancellations related to our services and products.
By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
Elmyr offers various subscription plans that provide access to our image remixing and AI generation services.
2.1. Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to the recurring billing cycle you've selected. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
2.2. Usage Limits
Each subscription plan has specific usage limits. Once you reach these limits, you may need to upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits to continue using certain features of the Service.
3. Subscription Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
3.1. New Subscriptions
For new subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase and have not extensively used the service, you may request a full refund.
3.2. Renewal Payments
For subscription renewals, refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the renewal charge. Refunds for renewal payments are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on usage of the service during the new billing period.
3.3. Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial use of a subscription period. When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
4. Credits and One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases such as credit packs or other non-subscription products:
- Credits purchased are non-refundable once they have been used partially or fully.
- Unused credits may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Credits expire after 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
- One-time generation or feature purchases are non-refundable once the feature has been accessed or used.
5. Cancellation Procedure
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your Elmyr account
- Navigate to "Dashboard" → "Subscriptions"
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but will not terminate your access immediately. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
6. Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
We may send you a reminder email before your subscription renews, but we are not obligated to do so. It is your responsibility to remember when your subscription will renew.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- After the refund eligibility period has passed (7 days for new subscriptions, 3 days for renewals)
- For services that have been extensively used
- For accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- For service interruptions that are beyond our control (force majeure events)
- For dissatisfaction with service features that were accurately described prior to purchase
- For credits that have been partially or fully used
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to billing@elmyr.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- Date of purchase
- Order or transaction ID (if available)
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Alternatively, if your purchase was made through Paddle, you can also request a refund directly through your Paddle receipt.
9. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, typically 5-10 additional business days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
